We have a small front porch(deck) that’s about 20ft x 6ft. We wanted to replace the 24 year old wood railings with metal railings. Mike and James were wonderful to work with! Mike allowed me to tear out all the old railing and repaint... the deck floor which saved us some expense. They were able to squeeze our small job into their schedule about a month early as I had things all prepared. Great workmanship! I HIGHLY recommend New Creation Decks! Mike and James were great. We had them build our deck over a year ago and we absolutely love it. We had one issue with a gate and when I called, they arranged to come out and fix it with no questions. Extremely pleasant experience!

My husband (Carl) and I met with Mike Morrison from New Creation Decks to talk about having our old deck replaced with a new composite deck and pergola. Mike was outstanding and worked with us numerous times to find the right solution... for our needs. The crew that came out were so professional and helpful . Jason was the lead person on our crew and he was excellent. We could not be more pleased with the results. We would recommend New Creation Decks to anyone who is looking to enhance their outdoor living space. The New Creation people did an amazing job throughout the entire process for our new (replacement) deck - 10'x30', 11 feet above ground level, with a partial roof. They got to us a couple weeks earlier than expected. The old all wood... deck was torn down and cleared out in a day. It only took them 7 more work days (including Saturday) to build the new deck, even with a few changes we made during the construction, some due to things we found that the original house builders did. The crew was here early every day and worked long days in the heat to get everything just right, and cleaned up the yard before they left every day. James, Jose, and Alfredo were great to work with on all the details of what they were doing, and options. Absolutely beautiful, top quality deck - steel frame, composite decking, powder-coated steel railings, posts covered with fascia painted to match the decking. Because of the different materials and design, this deck feels so much bigger and more open than our old deck, even though its the same overall dimensions. This deck will still be here in great condition long after we're gone....read more

We had the front deck replaced completely, and built a new one in back from the ground up. They thoroughly communicated plans, materials, costs and helped us with design choices. The crew came on time every day, was professional,... polite, and eager to explain the process. Joe, Mason, Logan, James and Mike were a pleasure to work with and are highly recommended. We worked with Mike of New Creation decks to replace our 15 year old deck with a new, beautiful metal frame deck. New Creation Decks was amazingly professional and delivered EXACTLY what was quoted/promised. We had some mild issues... with matching stucco colors which James pursued until it was eventually perfect. Unfortunately, not everyone in this industry is reliable but these guys are amazing. 10/10. 5 stars!!!! You won't be disappointed. I think they are exceedingly fair, honest, and professional.read more
